How orders are fulfilled.

Three options. Choose what works for your location and order size.

Local Pickup

Preferred

The freshest delivery with no handling risk. A pickup window is confirmed when your order is ready.

1Place your order by contacting us with cut preferences and quantity.

2Availability is confirmed and your order is prepared — typically 2–3 days.

3The pickup location (Portland metro area) and your confirmed window are shared with you.

4Bring a cooler or insulated bag. Product leaves frozen.

Available for all Market and Reserve orders.

Local Delivery

Scheduled delivery within select Portland metro areas. Not same-day — planned in advance and confirmed at order.

1Minimum order applies for delivery (confirm at inquiry).

2Delivery scheduled on specific days — confirmed at order.

3Product delivered cold-packed with dry ice or gel packs.

4Delivery cost confirmed at time of order.

Currently available within select Portland-area zip codes. Ask when inquiring.

Shipping

Frozen product is shipped via overnight or 2-day carrier throughout Oregon and select Pacific Northwest destinations.

1Order by Tuesday for Friday ship. Your ship date is confirmed at order.

2Product is pulled from the freezer and packed the morning of your ship date.

3Shipped in an insulated liner with dry ice — rated for 48-hour transit.

4Shipping cost based on weight and destination, confirmed at order.

Currently Oregon-focused, expanding regionally. Contact us to confirm your destination.

Frozen meat shipments require more care than standard freight. Here's what happens on our end — and what you should do when it arrives.

Pulled from the freezer the morning of your ship date — not the day before.

Packed in an insulated liner with dry ice. Rated for 48-hour transit in most conditions.

Shipped via overnight or 2-day carrier. Tracking is sent once it's on its way.

Arrives frozen or very cold. Move to your freezer immediately. Don't leave it on the porch.

How it's packed

Vacuum-sealed, individually
labeled, packed flat.

All Market orders are vacuum-sealed and individually labeled: cut name, weight, and processing date. Reserve selections include the animal number, breed, aging information, and any butcher's notes.

Product is packed flat for efficient freezer storage. Bones and organs are packed separately and clearly labeled.

—Frozen storage: up to 12 months in a standard freezer

—Refrigerated (not frozen): use within 3–5 days of receipt

—Vacuum-sealed packaging protects against freezer burn

Reserve orders

Reserve fulfillment is coordinated individually.

Reserve selections are limited and animal-specific — every order is handled directly. Availability is confirmed, your preferred fulfillment method and timing are discussed, and your order arrives with the complete animal record and provenance documentation.
